Following the concepts established for the Basket line, the
MU BENCH has a concern with the using the surplus of Amazon vines used in the manufacturing of traditional furniture with natural fiber.
Its gestural line gives a subtle laid-back sense to the furniture, bringing a surprising comfort, regardless of the position chosen to sit. The working of the weft highlights the beauty of the material, bringing to the viewer’s eye the side, considered by the artisans as the reverse side of the weft.
Respecting the material’s resistance characteristics, the seat weft is used in the traditional way, with the interior, called the reverse side, presented in a cleaner form, thus demonstrating both material and craftsmanship.
