Reform project of the Kotobuki restaurant, quite traditional in Japanese cuisine in Rio de Janeiro (one of the pioneers in the field), had an architectural language outdated and far below the high quality of the products offered. The tables and linings were obsolete and did not create the warmth that was intended. The interest was the renovation of finishes and
facade, lateral enlargement and new lateral facade, restructuring of the main hall of the restaurant, creating more intimate spaces, and the intention to make the environments more attractive and with a contemporary language.
