The starting point for the project creation of Kotobuki restaurant was the choice of 2 crucial materials, extremely meaningful for the Japanese culture: Wood and stone.
From the link between the opposite materials, he sought for a design unit within a space diversity.
This multitude of environments, where special typologies coexist, has the protection of a wooden crate, decorated with white porcelain, which are the lighting feeders on the façade.
After this frame is deconstructed, the sushi bar comes up, where wood and stone, full and empty, in and out, will reinforce the yin and yang unit.
