Apparent concrete, corten steel and wood form the vocabulary of project materials accentuating the option for architectural plans and volumes over decorativism.
Due to the lack of terrain and the complexity of the program, the project was developed in three levels, always maintaining the concern with the flow chart of the commercial operation, as well as a distribution of interests among the pavements of public use, so that there are no zones dead within the commercial enterprise.
