In this series, the object is treated as support for the representation of the Brazilian cultural diversity by respecting the regional creations and the identification of a representative iconography reflecting the Brazilian spirit and the folk festivals.
The pieces seek to incorporate the playful spirit the geometry, with overlapping textures, creating new wefts, enjoying their transparencies and opacities, thus representing the festivals with the signs of Bumba-meu-Boi, the Caboclinho (indigenous dance) and Carnival.
The color variation is used in such a way to reinforce the brasilidade (“Brazilianness”) and the spirit of the popular creations, awakening in each piece the colorful universe of Brazilian crafts and praising the multiple shades found in the most diverse cultural manifestations from North to South of Brazil.
